I honestly cannot recommend this company highly enough. They were INCREDIBLE. I had a problem and booked a pest inspection with one of the big companies, then after a strong recommendation from a friend I cancelled that and booked Gippsland Pest Management instead. Tara was so lovely on the phone, I thought my house was termite infested and I was having a mini meltdown, she somehow calmed me down and made everything feel okay. Both Tara and Shannon were at my house within a few hours, and their expertise on termites was immediately obvious. They were SO HELPFUL, so good to talk to, and just beautiful lovely people, the kind of people you'd want your grandma to call if she had a pest problem. When looking in my meter box for evidence of previous pest control, Shannon noticed my gas meter smelled of gas, he tested it for me and found a leak. He told me who to call, and showed me how to test it in the future. Thanks to him my gas company replaced it withing two hours. SO KIND AND HELPFUL! On top of this their inspections are free, so I saved $360 by cancelling the other company and I got so much more help. Im so happy I chose to support locals and book Gippsland Pest Management, I felt completely looked after by Tara and Shannon, and you will too!
